Cherry Pipes benefit from a substantial investment made by the company in a new state of the art mould design and CNC machining division. This new division takes over after the plastic product is designed, our experienced engineers design production mould tools using new methods and innovative features refined and developed in-house.
It is essential that products can be designed and manufactured in a tight quality control environment, ensuring manufacturing tolerances are achieved on a consistent basis. Mould design relates to tolerances beyond normal comprehension, in some applications requiring tolerances to 100th of a millimetre.
To consistently achieve tolerances to this level requires the latest in machining technology as well as highly skilled and experienced engineers that carry out the programming strategies to control our state of the art CNC machining centres.

Our pipe is made of recycled HDPE which is a very robust and durable plastic that can manage extreme temperature fluctuations without losing any performance or structural integrity. The shape and profile of the pipe is also designed and fabricated to have strength and durability. We also package our pipe very tightly which allows for easy storage, transport and site movement.
Cherry Pipes are committed to being an environmentally responsible company. We use recycled HDPE (High-density polyethylene) which can in turn be recycled again after use if needed. This closed loop system of recycling is a testament to our long term goals and future products.
